REFUND POLICY

At Cloud Canine, we want both you and your dog to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.



Returns



You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.


To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • You must have proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email).

Please do not return items without contacting us first.



 Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Please note:


  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty).

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.





Return Shipping Costs



Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.




Exchanges



We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.




Non-Returnable Items



For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:


  • Opened grooming or wellness products (e.g. balms, sprays, chews)

  • Used dog beds, toys, or accessories

  • Custom-made or personalised items





Damaged or Incorrect Orders



If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
